Prepare Ahead of Time For Those Winter Colds

Give yourself an Immunity Boost and fight off those nasty bugs just in time for flu season.

Fortify yourself with the daily bounty below:

-3 to 4 cups of chopped, leafy greens

-at least a half-cup of beans

-at least 3 fresh fruits, especially red or purply-fleshed ones, such as plums, as well as oranges

-1 to 2 ounces of raw nuts and sees

-at least 2 servings of steamed green veggies
